• Wallet Data: If you connect a TON wallet, we store your public wallet address to process withdrawals and verify on-chain tasks.
• Device Information: We may collect IP addresses and user agent strings to prevent fraud (e.g., duplicate accounts) and ensure the security of our reward system.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service (saving your points, unlocked items, and tasks).
• To process transactions and withdrawals to your specific wallet address.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, such as the use of bots or multiple accounts.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve our application.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We share specific data with third-party partners to provide core functionalities like advertisements and analytics:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use GA4 to understand user behavior. Google may collect cookies and usage data.
• Advertising Networks (Adsgram, Giga.pub, Richads, Notik): We partner with these providers to offer rewarded tasks. When you engage with an ad or offer, these partners may collect data (e.g., Advertising ID, IP address) primarily for fraud prevention and ad attribution. • TON Blockchain: Transaction data (withdrawals) is public on the blockchain and cannot be hidden or deleted.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as you use the Service. We may retain transaction logs for a longer period as required by law or for security auditing.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. Please note that account deletion is permanent and will result in the loss of all accumulated points and progress.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

2. Points & Rewards

• No Monetary Value: "Points" accumulated in the app have no real-world monetary value until they are successfully exchanged and withdrawn as cryptocurrency tokens, at our sole discretion.
• Withdrawal Rights: We calculate withdrawals based on conversion rates that we determine. We reserve the right to change these rates or suspend withdrawals at any time.
• Forfeiture: If we detect any suspicious activity or violation of these terms, your points may be declared void and your account terminated.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, auto-clickers, or any automated tools to earn points or interact with the app.
• Create multiple accounts (Sybil attacks) to abuse the referral system or earn extra rewards.
• Use VPNs or proxies to bypass geographical restrictions on advertisements or offers.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
